Description
Steico Industries is hiring a CNC Lathes Operator for an AM shift running Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The role operates CNC mills and lathes, including vertical Mori Seiki DV5100 and NLX 2500SY/700 Mill Turn machines, runs and records parts, uses turning and threading tools, applies offsets, performs maintenance, and maintains 5S. Candidates need a high school diploma or general education completion, 3–5 years of machining experience with CNC machines, knowledge of CNC machines and measuring tools, and experience with CNC lathes, live tooling, multi-axis lathes, and sub spindles; setup knowledge is preferred. Compensation is $25.00–$28.00 per hour depending on experience, with benefits including a matching 401k plan, paid vacation, flexible hours, wellness activities, and tuition reimbursement.
