Description
ACE Controls is hiring a Machine Operator for the 1st Shift, working 10-hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role operates and adjusts vertical mills, CNC lathes, drill presses, cut-off machines, lathes, mills, and washing equipment; sets up and changes over machines and CNC programs; performs deburring, quality checks, simple preventative maintenance, documentation, and housekeeping. Candidates need at least two years of relevant experience, Fanuc control experience, G-code program-writing ability, and the ability to analyze machine calibration and corrective actions. The work involves standing, handling tools, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to moving mechanical parts and cutting fluids.
