The CNC Programmer/Operator translates technical drawings into smart CNC programs, sets up and optimizes machines, operates overhead cranes, starts production runs, performs dimensional checks, and makes adjustments to ensure quality. The role is suitable for experienced professionals, ambitious juniors, or motivated recent school leavers, requires Dutch language proficiency and technical aptitude, and offers a permanent contract after an interim period, a two-shift system, vacation days, and a growing salary.
