Description
The CNC Operator (B-Tech) supports high-volume manufacturing by operating and maintaining automated and semi-automated equipment, performing preventative maintenance, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting sort stops, and leading 5S activities. The role requires prior machining experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, proficiency with gauging equipment, knowledge of IATF 16949 and related standards, and the ability to work overtime and any assigned shift. The third shift runs from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., and the position may require travel and cross-training across production lines.
