Description
Magna Powertrain is hiring a CNC Operator to independently operate CNC horizontal and vertical mills and lathes, make tool and offset adjustments, troubleshoot machines, perform setups, monitor tool life and quality, and meet production requirements. The role also includes gauging, documentation, 5S, safety procedures, training new employees, and participating in continuous improvement. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and 2–3 years of CNC operating experience are required, along with machining, shop math, English, and AS400 knowledge.
