Fralock is hiring a full-time, onsite CNC Operator I (Mill) in Valencia, California. The role sets up and operates CNC milling equipment, loads programs and tooling, adjusts machines, troubleshoots production issues, inspects parts, and supports quality and continuous improvement. The position requires CNC and manual machining experience, blueprint and GD&T interpretation, precision measurement, machining fundamentals, and Microsoft Suite experience. It offers a second-shift schedule from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM Monday through Friday, with hourly pay of $19.00 to $30.00 depending on experience, plus medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and paid time off benefits.
