The CNC Operator will prepare and operate computer numerically controlled machinery, set up customized production equipment, load raw materials, supervise machine execution, produce high-quality endmills, perform quality inspections, maintain machinery, and meet production KPIs. The role requires technical ability, mechanical-drawing and blueprint reading, basic computer programming and CAD/CAM knowledge, and willingness to work three shifts if needed.
