Excelta Corporation is hiring a full-time, non-exempt CNC Operator III for the night shift in Buellton, California. The role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision components, performing basic adjustments and inspections, interpreting blueprints and inspection documents, maintaining production and quality logs, following safety and 6S practices, and collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams in a 100% onsite manufacturing environment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of CNC machine operation experience, strong blueprint-reading and inspection-tool skills, and a high school diploma or GED preferred with machining-related training a plus.
