High Steel Structures is hiring an experienced 1st-Shift CNC Operator/Technician in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The role involves setting up and operating CNC machining centers and other fabrication equipment, including loading and unloading machines, performing first-piece checks, operating grinders and material-handling equipment, and assisting with burning, punching, drilling, grinding, and brake operations. Candidates must have prior machining experience with a lathe, mill, or CNC machining center, experience setting offsets and tooling for first-piece inspection, familiarity with XYZ axes, and the ability to machine compound tapers and end mills; layout and measuring experience is preferred.
