HyPro, Inc. is hiring an onsite Process Engineer at its Waterford, Wisconsin facility, with occasional travel to other facilities. The role focuses on analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting equipment, developing standard operating procedures, monitoring process performance, conducting process validation and root-cause analysis, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires CNC programming, blueprint interpretation, problem-solving, and experience with horizontal and vertical mills and turning equipment; at least five years of manufacturing process-engineering experience is preferred.
