Description
The CNC Process Engineer develops, optimizes, and troubleshoots CNC machining processes to improve efficiency, precision, and production quality. Responsibilities include creating and modifying CNC programs, selecting cutting tools and parameters, designing tooling and work supports, developing process plans, supporting quality inspections and SPC, diagnosing machining issues, training operators, and maintaining process documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of CNC machining or process engineering experience, CAD/CAM and G Code knowledge, GD&T familiarity, and experience with GROB or SW equipment.
