Description
The role develops, programs, and optimizes multi-axis CNC machining programs for steel fabrication, establishes setups and tooling, troubleshoots machining issues, validates programs, and supports new-product introduction. It also improves process efficiency through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, Poka-Yoke, and data-driven cycle-time improvements, while providing technical support and training to production personnel. The position requires a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or equivalent experience, four years of applicable multi-axis CNC experience, knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, and the ability to travel as needed.
