Description
The CNC Programmer develops part programs using Catia V5 to control the machining and processing of metal components on automated machine tools and equipment. The role uses Vericut software to validate programs before production release, analyzes drawings and specifications, calculates machining parameters, creates cutting paths, runs simulations, troubleshoots production issues, and revises programs for accuracy and efficiency. A high school diploma or GED and at least three years of aerospace CNC machine programming experience are required; Catia V5 6R2023 certification, Vericut, and iCAM experience are preferred.
