Description
IB-Tech is hiring a CNC Programmer/Operator to program, set up, and operate Haas CNC milling equipment while producing precision components. The role includes creating and modifying CNC programs, reading blueprints and GD&T drawings, performing machine setups and tooling changes, inspecting parts, troubleshooting machining and programming issues, maintaining production records, and supporting process improvements. Candidates need at least one year of CNC programming and machining experience, with Haas and Fanuc experience preferred, along with blueprint and GD&T skills, precision-measuring ability, mechanical aptitude, and basic computer skills.
