Delva Tool & Machine is hiring an Offline Lathe Programmer in Cinnaminson, New Jersey to take ownership of existing lathe programs and develop new offline MasterCAM programs for twin-spindle and twin-turret machines with live tooling and bar feeders. The role covers complex turning, milling, and mill-turn operations for aerospace and defense parts, including cycle-time optimization, GD&T programming, setup documentation, and revisions for engineering changes. Candidates need at least three years of relevant CNC programming experience, hands-on MasterCAM experience, and experience with the specified lathe configurations; the position pays $38.46 to $67.31 per hour.
