Description
Eclipse Automation is hiring a CNC Programmer/Machinist for an on-site, full-time role in Cambridge, Ontario. The position reports to the Machine Shop Supervisor and involves interpreting engineering drawings, programming CNC milling, lathe, and router machines with Mastercam, creating 3D programs, performing 4th- and 5th-axis and live-tooling programming, setting up machinery, assembling components, and developing process sheets. Candidates need a General Machinist Certificate of Qualification or equivalent automation/manufacturing experience, plus 7+ years of custom machining and programming experience; weldment, boring mill, and EDM experience are assets. Compensation is $30.00-$40.00 per hour, with RRSP matching, health, dental, and vision coverage, tuition and professional dues reimbursement, vacation, personal days, and sick days.
