fab2 is hiring a CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CAM programs for its Haas five-axis VMC and mill-turn lathe fleet used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role owns toolpath strategies, probing routines, tool libraries, offset management, pallet-pool lights-out programs, design-for-manufacturing feedback, and process documentation, with a stated goal of reducing the chassis-mix mill cycle from approximately 45 minutes to 20 minutes per part. Candidates need at least four years of CNC programming experience, including two years on five-axis machines, along with strong CAM software, control-system, GD&T, and drawing-reading skills.
