Description
The CNC Programmer develops, modifies, and optimizes CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining centers. The role interprets engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements; creates tool paths in Mastercam; selects cutting tools, fixtures, feeds, and speeds; troubleshoots machining issues; optimizes cycle times; and collaborates with engineering, quality, and production teams. The position requires 3–5 years of CNC programming experience, knowledge of G-code and M-code, and familiarity with precision measuring instruments and CAM software.
