Headway Austria is hiring a CNC Programmer to create and optimize CNC milling programs using TopSolid CAM, program complex individual parts and small production runs, determine machining strategies and workholding, prepare CNC work independently, and improve program quality, cycle time, and reliability. The role requires technical training in machining, toolmaking, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field, several years of TopSolid CAM experience, CNC milling programming knowledge, CAD and technical-drawing skills, German language proficiency, and a structured, solution-oriented working style. It is a full-time position in Linz with a 4-day workweek and gross monthly compensation from €2,571.94 to €2,948.85, with actual salary depending on qualifications and experience.
