Description
Highway Machine Co. is hiring an experienced CNC Programmer for its Princeton, Indiana manufacturing team. The role involves creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs; setting up and operating CNC machinery; reading blueprints and engineering drawings; selecting tooling and speeds and feeds; inspecting parts; troubleshooting machining issues; and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to improve processes. The position pays $30.00 to $36.00 per hour and requires CNC programming and machining experience, along with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and troubleshoot. CAD/CAM, CMM, large-component machining, and precision-manufacturing experience are preferred.
