Description
Micro-Tronics, Inc. is hiring a full-time Machinist 5 (CNC Programmer) in Tempe, Arizona, to develop and optimize CNC machining programs for complex aerospace components. The role involves creating and modifying G-code programs, setting up and running CNC machines, designing fixturing, determining cutting parameters, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, preparing production documentation, and coordinating with machining, EDM, tooling, engineering, and quality departments. Candidates need at least five years of CNC programming experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment, CAM software proficiency, knowledge of multi-axis machines and machining principles, and the ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T. The position runs Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM and requires access to ITAR-controlled information.
