Linked, LLC is hiring an experienced CNC Programmer in Kimball, Michigan for a contract-to-hire role paying $28 or more per hour. The position develops and maintains CNC programs, selects tooling and machining parameters, verifies programs against engineering drawings, supports first-article inspections and production troubleshooting, documents changes, evaluates new machinery, and performs routine equipment maintenance and shop-housekeeping duties. Candidates need at least three years of CNC programming experience, experience with 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machines, and strong troubleshooting and quality skills; VISI programming experience is a plus.
