MatissEquipment is hiring a full-time CNC Programmer to create, optimize, and maintain computer programs for complex CNC machine tools. The role involves programming parts from drawings and 3D models, supporting new-machine implementation, improving cycle times and machining strategies, troubleshooting, documenting procedures, mentoring colleagues, and participating in continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of CNC programming experience in a complex machining environment, CAM software experience, knowledge of cutting tools and manufacturing processes, and strong technical-drawing interpretation skills.
