Description
Mindlance is seeking an experienced CNC Programming Contractor to develop, optimize, and verify CNC programs for Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma machine controls using Mastercam, Siemens NX, Esprit 2000, and Vericut. The role supports multi-axis milling, turning, and grinding; macro-based programming and troubleshooting; operator training; tooling and fixturing; standard work and quality documentation; and process improvement in a high-precision heavy-manufacturing environment. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a high school diploma/GED with at least two years of manufacturing or operations experience, plus at least two additional years of manufacturing or operations experience.
