Description
OBE is hiring a CNC Programmer for a full-time third-shift role running from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM Monday through Thursday, with overtime opportunities and advancement opportunities. The role creates, maintains, and optimizes CNC programs; troubleshoots programs, tooling, and machine performance; assigns production orders; monitors tooling and program documentation; and supports machine setup, operation, preventative maintenance, and process improvements. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, related manufacturing, machining, or CNC programming experience preferred, and the ability to read fabrication drawings, use CAD and Microsoft Office, and operate measurement tools.
