Description
The CNC Programmer will develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machines; interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models; select tools, speeds, and feeds; collaborate with machinists and engineers; maintain program and setup documentation; and ensure safety and quality compliance. The role requires an associate degree or technical certification and at least three years of CNC programming and setup experience, along with G-code, CAM, and CAD proficiency. It is a Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:15 p.m., 40-hour-per-week position with overtime available and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, paid time off, and life and disability insurance.
