Description
The CNC Programmer will work with the Operations Manager and CNC Production Team to develop, maintain, and improve CNC programs, setup documentation, process drawings, and inspection plans for 3- and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes. The role requires expertise in CNC equipment, machining, advanced manufacturing processes, and software such as Featurecam, Fusion, and ESPRIT, along with GD&T knowledge. The employer prefers a build-to-print, low-volume environment and offers compensation of $35–$42 per hour or a $75,000–$90,000 range.
