Description
The CNC Machinist programs, sets up, and operates CNC machines, lathes, and manual mills; verifies part dimensions and tolerances; maintains equipment and quality standards; and supervises and guides the machining department. The role requires at least 2–5 years of work-related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably technical training and certificates. Compensation is $27–$40 per hour depending on experience.
