Independence Tooling is hiring a CNC Programmer to plan and optimize CNC machining operations for milling, turning, and other processes. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T, and technical specifications; developing CAM programs; selecting tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters; and validating programs to improve cycle times, reduce waste, and maintain accuracy. Candidates need at least three years of CNC programming experience, familiarity with CAM software and CNC controllers, and knowledge of machining processes.
