TAIT is hiring a CNC Programmer I for a second-shift manufacturing role in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The position programs and maintains CNC machine-tool programs using Mastercam, creates multi-operation programs from models and drawings, performs machining calculations, interprets blueprints, develops manufacturing documentation, supports tooling and process development, inspects products for defects, operates and maintains machinery as needed, records labor and materials in Epicor, and supports production, safety, quality, and training objectives. Qualifications include a high school diploma, GED, or trade school education; 1–3 years of CNC programming or more than 5 years of machining experience; mechanical aptitude; mathematics; G&M code knowledge; and flexibility for overtime, weekends, holidays, and different shifts.
