The role develops, tests, and optimizes high-precision CNC programs for Swiss, VTM, and horizontal turning machines using CAD/CAM software, interprets complex blueprints and GD&T requirements, selects tooling and machining parameters, and collaborates with machinists and set-up operators. The position requires at least 10 years of CNC programming experience in an ISO 9001-accredited high-precision manufacturing environment, along with advanced CAD/CAM, blueprint, GD&T, metallurgy, and G-code troubleshooting skills.
