Fralock is hiring a full-time, onsite CNC Programmer II (Laser) in Valencia, California. The role creates CAD/CAM programs, converts DXF and PDF files, sets up and operates CNC mills and Zund digital cutting equipment, performs tooling and machine adjustments, troubleshoots production issues, optimizes machining processes, and supports quality inspection and continuous improvement. The position requires advanced CNC and Zund Cut Center programming experience, manufacturing equipment operation, blueprint and GD&T interpretation, precision measurement, and a high school degree or equivalent education and experience.
