Description
The CNC Programmer/Machinist supports machine-shop production by creating and optimizing CNC programs with CAM software, selecting materials and tooling, coordinating part priorities, troubleshooting machining issues, and operating CNC mills, millturn lathes, and other CNC equipment. The role also maintains work areas and equipment, creates fixtures, supports design changes, and may operate a forklift and assist with training and machine setup. It requires at least five years of manufacturing experience, including four years operating CNC five-axis mills, millturn lathes, NC mills, and NC lathes, along with CAD/CAM and SolidWorks experience. The position pays $35–$45 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits.
