Description
The CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer will develop and optimize CNC programs and manufacturing processes for complex bar-fed 5-axis milling, Swiss turning, and conventional 5-axis milling operations. The role uses Gibbs CAM, machine simulation, fixture and tool design, quoting, production support, and continuous improvement, while also mentoring machinists and resolving programming and machine issues. Candidates need precision machining training, an engineering degree or related field, or equivalent machine-programming experience, along with 5+ years of relevant CNC machining or manufacturing experience. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with optional Saturday overtime and offers medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and a quarterly bonus.
