Masterbilt Incorporated is hiring a CNC Programmer – Mill to develop, validate, optimize, and maintain CNC milling programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis aerospace components. The role requires advanced CNC, CAD/CAM, tooling, GD&T, and G-code knowledge, with a minimum of five years of CNC milling and programming experience. Responsibilities include creating setup and tooling documentation, supporting machinists through setup and production, troubleshooting machining issues, improving cycle times, and supporting quality and continuous improvement activities. The position works in both office and manufacturing environments and may require occasional evening, weekend, or overtime work.
