Rustica is hiring a CNC Programmer/Operator for its custom door production line. The role involves programming and setting up CNC machines, translating engineering drawings into production dimensions, overseeing production, checking machinery, planning inventory, performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment. Candidates need prior CNC programming and operation experience, Mastercam or similar software experience, mechanical aptitude, mathematical calculation ability, and PC and Microsoft Office skills; woodworking experience is a plus. The position is hands-on and not office-based, with medical, dental, disability, and life insurance and paid time off offered.
