The CNC Programmer/Process Optimization Specialist creates, programs, and optimizes NC milling programs; tests and develops drilling and milling tools; evaluates clamping concepts and workholding fixtures; analyzes and improves production processes; supports new manufacturing solutions; and contributes to continuous improvement. The role requires technical training, CNC programming experience, strong technical understanding, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
