Description
The CNC Programmer/Process Optimizer creates, programs, and industrializes NC milling programs; tests, analyzes, and optimizes drilling and milling tools; evaluates clamping and workholding solutions; reviews and improves production processes; and supports technical new starts. The role requires a technical apprenticeship or training, initial practical CNC programming experience, strong technical understanding, and a process- and solution-oriented mindset. The position offers at least €3,396.21 gross per month based on 38.5 hours per week.
