INNIO Group is seeking a CNC Programmer/Set-up Machinist to join their mechanical manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for turning and milling processes, driving continuous improvement in production, and collaborating with engineering and global manufacturing teams. This role involves selecting and procuring tooling, designing special tools and fixtures, analyzing and improving machining processes, supporting new technology introductions, ensuring manufacturable product design, and contributing to lean six sigma initiatives.
