INNIO is hiring a CNC Programmer / Setup Machinist to launch a new automated machining operation for Jenbacher engine production in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role involves developing and optimizing CNC machining processes, setting up and troubleshooting Makino, Waldrich Coburg, and FANUC automated cells, selecting tooling, improving cycle time and quality, and establishing machining standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of CNC machining, setup, and programming experience, and CAD/CAM experience; the position is first-shift, Monday through Friday, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
