The employer is hiring a CNC programmer, setup technician, and turning specialist for a permanent position in Schopfheim, Baden-Württemberg. The role independently programs, sets up, and optimizes CNC turning machines; performs component setup and trial runs; changes and corrects tools; conducts operator self-inspection; identifies and documents deviations; and continuously improves production processes. Candidates should have vocational training as a machining engineer or industrial mechanic, experience with CNC turning and machine setup, knowledge of technical drawings and measuring equipment, and ideally further technician or industrial master training.
