Nesco Resource is hiring a CNC Programmer/Toolmaker in Bethel, Connecticut for a Monday-Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM temp-to-perm opportunity. The role programs, sets up, and operates CNC milling, lathe, Wire EDM, and waterjet equipment; develops machining processes from engineering drawings and CAD models; manufactures precision components; designs fixtures and work-holding solutions; inspects parts; troubleshoots machining issues; supports process improvement and DFM; and trains operators. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of CNC programming and machining experience, strong 5-axis CNC experience, CAD/CAM proficiency, and knowledge of G-Code, M-Code, GD&T, blueprint reading, and machinist math. The position pays $31–$49 per hour depending on experience and includes medical, vision, dental, 401K, and EAP benefits.
