Description
The Prototyping Manager leads a team of CNC-focused prototype makers at Apple’s PRL, serving as a technical lead for machining capability while managing workload, processes, equipment, and continuous improvement. The role partners with engineering teams and external stakeholders to develop complex prototypes, triage fabrication requests, troubleshoot failures, develop operational plans, support personnel growth, and maintain lead-time and quality goals. A minimum of three years leading a fabrication, prototyping, or manufacturing team is required.
