Emerson is hiring a CNC Set-Up Operator for its 2nd shift in Sandusky. The role involves setting up and operating CNC and conventional manufacturing equipment, preparing raw materials, producing quality components, calibrating parts, resolving production and machinery issues, making minor equipment adjustments, and following safety and housekeeping procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, two years of experience, or one to three years of CNC set-up experience or demonstrated proficiency, along with blueprint-reading ability and the ability to produce quality parts at a productive rate.
