Description
Global Packaging Systems (GPS) is hiring a full-time, non-exempt CNC Set-Up / Operator to set up and operate CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role involves reading blueprints, setting up tooling and fixtures, establishing work coordinates and offsets, running CNC programs, making machine edits, inspecting parts with precision measuring equipment, completing documentation, performing preventive maintenance, deburring parts, and providing guidance to other CNC Operators when assigned. The position requires at least four years of CNC machining experience, including two years of CNC setup and two years of CNC operator experience, along with blueprint-reading, G- and M-code, metrology, and basic math skills.
