Description
ChampionX, now part of SLB, is hiring a permanent, full-time CNC Setup Operator in Edmonton, Alberta. The role operates CNC machines, performs setups and visual and gauging inspections, conducts preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, completes production paperwork, and follows Lean Manufacturing and safety practices. The position requires two years of experience in a CNC Operator Advanced role, blueprint and basic programming knowledge, G & M code familiarity, Okuma, HAAS, and Fanuc control experience, and measuring equipment knowledge. It involves rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts, with possible weekend and overtime work.
