Description
The CNC Setup Operator will set up and operate CNC machines, including gear shapers, lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, and saws; load and unload parts and fixtures; inspect workpieces with gauges and CMM equipment; make tooling and program offsets; perform minor preventive maintenance; and train other CNC operators. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of CNC machine experience, mathematical ability, strong attendance, teamwork, and U.S. work authorization. The position is based at Emerson’s RIDGID world headquarters in Elyria, Ohio, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, paid leave, and shift and retention bonuses.
