The role involves setting up and operating milling machines, independently programming and manufacturing individual parts and small batches, ensuring quality, performing operator self-inspections, contributing to process optimization, meeting downstream schedules, and maintaining workplace order. Candidates need machining-mechanic training, several years of CNC milling experience, strong programming skills, conscientiousness, and willingness to work additional hours.
