The employer is hiring a CNC Steel Fabrication Operator in Cocoa Beach, Florida, on a contract-to-hire basis for first- and second-shift work. The role processes structural steel using CNC plasma tables, saws, drills, angle masters, and beamline equipment; handles materials up to 50 pounds; operates overhead cranes and conveyor systems; performs measurement, marking, production recording, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Candidates need CNC or steel-cutting experience, accurate measuring and blueprint-reading ability, and the ability to work in industrial conditions. Pay is up to $27 per hour, with a $3 per hour second-shift differential.
