Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads safe, efficient, and cost-effective machining production, supports operational planning and production meetings, coaches and develops production teams, and leads approximately 10 to 30 employees. The role partners with maintenance, manufacturing engineering, quality, warehouse, and other teams to improve equipment reliability, process performance, material flow, and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. It requires CNC machining and programming experience, team leadership, problem-solving, shift flexibility, and manufacturing systems knowledge.
